Our Guest Speaker is Peter Lawrence Peter, he will speak about his recent purchase of a Beneteau Oceanis 473 sailboat. His presentation is titled: “Bringing a used boat from Racine, WI to Rochester, NY: Lessons Learned.”
Peter brought his 47’ sailboat back by water traversing four Great Lakes, two rivers, and one canal in 11 days. He will discuss the planning preparation, courses taken, and lessons learned along the way. Peter and his crew captured the trip, and he will share some photos taken on their passage.
