Who requires a NYS Boater’s Certificate?

All motor boat operators regardless of age will need a boating safety certificate beginning in 2025.

You will receive a comprehensive introduction to recreational boating. Whether you enjoy power boating, sailing, paddle sports, or personal watercraft,

we have you and your family covered.

At West Marine, 1850 East Ridge Road*

* The West Marine course is $35 per individual,

$45 for two people sharing one student manual.

This includes a certification card meeting Brianna’s Law requirements.
